I heard on wbbm Chicago radio's traffic report,there were "protesters" on the highways.
"No way to get through them,"said the reporter.
The short time I listened,no indication of what group it was--whether it was 1/6 or Palestinians,blm or whoever.
The traffic reporter just said,"avoid the area."
I googled it--and nothing.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A North Side pro-Palestinian protest caused closures on DuSable Lake Shore Drive on Saturday afternoon.
The group of demonstrators, calling for a cease-fire and an end to the war in Gaza, initially gathered near U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin's home. The U.S. Palestinian Community Network said they and the Coalition for Justice in Palestine rallied in front of Durbin's home because of his support for Israel.
The group was reported to be near West Addison Street in Lakeview before moving south, causing rolling closures.
Chicago police said the drive was fully reopened by 5:15 p.m.
It appears police took people into custody. ABC7 has reached out to police to find out if anyone is facing charges, but did not immediately hear back.
