Today and tonight, January 6-7, is the 17th anniversary of the racist, Knoxville Horror torture-rape-murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. We are going to be doing a retrospective on the case.

I know David did a lot of work on this.
Question:Would anything have happened differently if the Knoxville Horror had been committed today?Would the perps have gotten away with it in 2024,because of the proliferation of pro-black law philosophies in our bigger cities?
I see Knoxville has a White police chief and 73% White population,16% black.
Possibly in Knoxville--no.Memphis,probably yes.The nigs might have chosen the wrong Tennessee city to attempt this in.
But they ARE dumb ni▪︎▪︎ers.

It's true that location is important, which means the competence of law enforcement and makeup of the jury pool. It must be pointed out that the late Judge Baumgartner and the other judges picked juries from largely black counties.
The first trial (Cobbins) had a bussed-in Nashville jury which I think was 50% black. I advise you to reread the trial accounts in the archives.
If it happened today there would be even less national coverage than at the time.
Knoxville I think located in more in the eastern part of the state that area of tn be more conservative than Memphis, in the western part of the state is much more liberal and left
