Nothing matters with "laws"--blacks ignore them.Pass them,overturn them--if you don't enforce them--they are meaningless.

The restrictions here mean that you can only carry a gun but you just can’t on and carry a gun in many locations. Does many locations has been to find Mina almost 100% of the whole state wherever you are so there is no real reason for you to only carry a gun, even if license to do so.
