I've followed Allen from when I first heard of him being a so called mogul,many years ago.I don't understand how an unsuccessful,unfunny comic could parley a few bucks into this type of financial chicanery.I read the story once and he connected with backers SOMEHOW--and then again and again.
I see him on reruns of the Hollywood Squares ripoff show he started("Funny You Should Ask") and he's still not funny.
The world has sure gone crazy.

Why isn’t that colored man setting up a foundation/fun/endowment and use that same amount of money to provide grants to need to college kids who are persons of color do you want to go to college but can’t afford to do so why is he doing that instead?

GRA:I flipped the tv to cbs last night for 2 MINUTES at 945 pm Saturday night,just in time to hear Byron Allen give a speech extolling the wonders of how blacks were/are so vital to the success Whites are enjoying in America."Unfortunately,blacks are not.participating in this success,"he said,"due to the lack of education given to blacks and the lack of inclusion.I am here to tell the truth."
He then lied continuously until I removed him by remote control.
The GRIO awards were taped in November,but aired by cbs February 3rd in prime time and if you were in doubt about whose side cbs is on in the race propaganda wars ,it became crystal clear to me--they allowed these lies by Allen(and others,I assume)to be broadcast as facts.
No White would ever be allowed to say anything about White achievements,even close to what Allen invented during his speech about black importance to society.
Funny,the only black contributions I see(which he didn't mention)is city destruction,when more than 5% of them live(and govern) there,property value declines and the increase of crime--both small time and felonies.
Yet Allen said Whites rode on black's backs to huge success and "my goal is to see that the truth is told and not erased."
Translation:Invent pro-black lying history and erase White history(truth).
Because of cbs,there'll be plenty of black lies coming our way from now on(as there has been for about 5 years).
Yahoo had a story on this in November with 75 comments--90% of them calling out Allen for being a racist.
