NYPD Brass is famous for letting cops work themselves to death with wetbrains.
Mex fathers do this to their adult kids more than any other ethnic group.I don't recall blacks killing their adult kids at all(the only category I can think of that blacks DON'T kill,it seems) and Whites don't,but Mex have a predilection for it,based on stories I've read here.
