Gaithersburg, Maryland was almost lily white 40 years ago.
The victims were brown.
The driver is brown.
But at least he was driving a "hybrid" car.
Saving gas.
And killing folks.

Probably living in Gaithersburg would be more honest. Doubt they are "from Gaithersburg" in the sense most people understand that phrase.
The perp:
"Officials said 47-year-old Davinder Singh was found guilty of homicide by a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol"
And:
“The defendant in this matter has a history of driving while under the influence"
Which apparently had zero effect on his life.
