We're definitely not anywhere close to the seventh inning of this game called "Trumpball",but let's pretend it is and sing this variation of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame"(Harry Caray style--i.e:drunk)

"Let me hear you...a one,a two ,a three...

Take me down to the courthouse,
Take me out to the trial.
"Buy me a verdict of innocent,
I don't care how much money is spent."
Oh it's root, root, root for the Trumpster,
If he's convicted, it's jail.
For it's one, two, three times on bail,
In this rigged court game.
Hey..."

There is no law against lying unless when speaking to the cops or under oath in a court trial.

Don could have reasonably believed the election was stolen. And if not stolen and his allegations 100 % false. It is called the 1st amendment.

He did say to the the crowd several times to go peacefully.

Words and action for incitement have to be more or less one and the same time by Supreme Court standard.

Indeed, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court allowed votes to be counted that were postmarked after the election deadline. Just one instance that can be cited as foul play.

Thanks for the heads-up, GRA! Revolver's code blocked out all of the comments. I tried playing nice with the repairs, but got nowhere, so I had to gut the entire code, insert the URL, and manually download the accompanying graphic from my previous version. (Darren Beattie made it impossible to download the graphic from his web page.)

Rescuing the article was more trouble than it was worth, but the comments had to be rescued!
