Talented voice actor Harry Shearer will no longer voice black Dr. Hibbert on the Simpsons and the article also lists a number of other white voice actor who will step down from characters that are not white.
I have to wonder: Does this mean that Nancy Cartwright will no longer voice Bart Simpson? After all, she's a woman and he's a male. Also, he's a boy and she's an adult so maybe Bart should be voiced by a 12 yr. old boy?
We are in the midst of a modern Night Of Long Knives which is ramping up to the point that the 13% will have 50% representation in every facet of the media, if not more.
The Fox article is re this has no comment field. I think they knew this was going to be a firestorm.
