Always an excuse—not a reason. Excuses are what minorities (Mex in this case) come up with to rationalize their crimes. I could do a top ten list—like David Letterman used to do, but too late for a full Top 10. These are the top three excuses Mexicans make for committing violent crimes--something like:
3) “Taco Bell ran out of hot sauce tonight—it makes me loco!”
2) “After drinking 25 Corona Lights, I just feel like shooting everyone I see—that’s normal—right?”
And the number one excuse Mexicans make for committing violent crime?
“My chihuahua told me to do it.”

Mex also have a highly developed sense of honor. Punador. Point of honor. Will fight and kill over the smallest grievance or insult, even if only perceived.
