Craigslist ads for jobs with big long ranty type posts are usually posted by Crazy People- who in the end treat their employees unfairly and badly. These are generally unprofessional people who scream, yell and have all kinds of nonsense going on like delaying paychecks, long term problems with the IRS and NYS Dept of Taxation and Finance.. This ad reminds me of a so called environmentally friendly cleaning business. I won't mention the name. Good luck with hiring unqualified people for the job, that's what the City of New York does. As long as you're black or an illegal alien, you have a civil service job.
Run from jobs with ads like this one. And the unqualified will be very unprofessional, wasting no time at all to create a hostile environment.
