In today's WSJ, letter writer Charles Rufino points out that her killer’s fingerprints were on file thanks to the then policy of fingerprinting turnstile jumpers. If the new policies abandoning broken windows and no bail had been in effect, he could have gone on and on, committing more deadly felonies.

N.S.: Ah, the good ol’ “conservative” Wall Street Journal, whose editorial page has for over 30 years supported swamping America with third-world criminal; whose “reporters” long ago began supporting home-grown, black criminals; and then is shocked, shocked, that the foreign criminals voted into office pro-criminal politicians.

Turnstile jumpers should be more than fingerprinted. Do regular searches of the data base for those prints and I bet you would be surprised what comes up.
