This happened in Brookshire, Texas and unfortunately while Mr. Hillsman was arrested, true Texas justice does not appear to have been meted out, at least not yet.
Sometimes I wonder just how much animal abuse is perpetrated by negro's, like serial killers I have no doubt that blacks think that it's "whitey's thang" but I have a hunch blacks are much more likely to be violent toward animals, the way they are toward other humans.
