N.S.: Several years ago, I saw a news special on MS-13 that reported that in California they would follow cops home after their shift was over, in order to be able to intimidate them out of doing their job.

If not intimidate the officer then the wife or child of the officer. Just plain old ordinary bad gangsters, many illegal.
