Three times the normal amount of punishment for attacking a senior citizen. Was it too a hate crime? Three times more also the normal punishment. 3 X 3 =9. Nine times the normal amount of punishment.

It is too bad the victim didn't have a handgun to pull out and shoot the perp. But this is California, where, as on the East Coast, law-abiding whites must be unarmed victims of blacks and Hispanics.
