Reporter seems curiously disinterested in what the parents calls black on white violence.

Period.   Even so, we never get used to it.     But this story is particularly crazy: Black kids rampage through a Las Vegas High School, hunting white students for assault.  The reporter is curiously mild-mannered about this racial violence.
