BALTIMORE, Md. (ABC7) — A suspect was charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting that occurred outside a University of Maryland hospital in Baltimore on Monday morning.

University areas in the middle of ghetto areas have a high crime rate. Yale, Columbia, University of Chicago, etc.
Located in the center of a negro area. White students are seen as easy prey for the predator animal.
The type of crime that should mean the perpetrator gets three times the amount of punishment.
