The US Missile Defense Agency has been practicing shooting down a land-based medium-range ballistic missile, just as Washington prepares for its withdrawal from the cornerstone INF nuclear non-proliferation agreement.

R.C.: So, is this why Trump is sending troops to the southern border? (Question: Why not to the northern border as well?)

And if he's sending troops, then why is he going to build tent cities to house them on American soil?

We have to be abundantly clear about all this. The Russians are in violation of the INF treaty and have secretly been so for some time. THEY are to blame for an escalation of hostilities quite the same as it was forty years ago. At that time it was the SS-20 missile. Now a new missile deployed and Americans are said to be the bad guys? Mika might think and say so.
