Subject: 'I Was Not Gonna Give You My Soul': Man Wrongly Convicted of Riverside Murder Nearly 20 Years Ago Exonerated by DNA

Horace Roberts was convicted for the killing of Terry Cheek in 1999, but thanks to the California Innocence Project and the support of his family, he was declared factually innocent Monday.

Blacks Demand Justice (money)Because Cops Did Their Job
GRA:It's like the blacks see something involving cops and a 5 watt light bulb pops up over their heads. Not too bright..lol,but they keep trying.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — (WZZM)Once again, a mother is demanding justice, and the Grand Rapids Police are explaining why they pointed guns at a child and put her in handcuffs.

Around 9 p.m. on Oct. 9 someone called 911 to report a shooting in Grand Rapids. Police determined it was a false report, but not until after they had handcuffed a woman and her 12-year-old daughter. They also searched the girl's grandmother and a 10-year-old boy.

WZZM-TV (GRAND RAPIDS)
“They put her on her knees and put her in cuffs,” says Rennae Wooten, the girl’s mother. “After they got done checking her, they said how old are you. She said 12. That’s when an officer said take her out of the handcuffs.”

This marks the fourth time since March 2017 Grand Rapids Police drew weapons and handcuffed unarmed African American children before clearing them of criminal activity.

“If it was somebody white, it probably would have been a little different,” says Wooten. “She probably wouldn’t have been handcuffed. She is traumatized. She can’t sleep. She doesn’t even want to go to school.”
GRA:Of course, with 12 year old blackies, you BETTER check to see if they have a gun.The day you don't gets you a slug in a vital organ.
