Two college students have been charged with sexually attacking a woman on a crowded Florida beach filled with spring break revelers who apparently did nothing to stop it, authorities said.

Two college students have been charged with sexually attacking a woman on a crowded Florida beach filled with spring break revelers who apparently did nothing to stop it, authorities said.
Delonte' Martistee, 22, and Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, were arrested Friday and charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office. The Panama City News Herald reports both men are students at Troy University in Alabama.
The attack, recorded on a cellphone video, happened sometime March 10-12 in Panama City, Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen said at a news conference. Authorities learned of the assault when police in Troy, Alabama, discovered the video while investigating a shooting.
McKeithen described the recording as the "most disgusting, sickening thing" he had ever seen. Several men can be seen surrounding an incapacitated woman on a beach chair.
"This is happening in broad daylight with hundreds of people seeing and hearing what is happening, and they are more concerned about spilling their beer than somebody being raped," he said. The sheriff said he expected investigators will make additional arrests.
The victim told police that she thought she had been drugged at the time, and she did not remember the incident well enough to report it.
"She knows something happened, but she doesn't know what happened," McKeithen said.
Martistee and Calhoun were being taken Friday to Panama City for a court hearing. It was unclear Saturday whether they had defense attorneys.
The charges stem from a video taken in March behind Spinnaker Beach Club, 8795 Thomas Drive.
A representative of Spinnaker declined to comment.
BCSO has gotten leads on other sexual batteries on the beach in broad daylight this year by following social media. In one video, a crowd pours beer on a girl who appears to be incapacitated while a male performs a sexual act on her.
“How many of these do we not know about?” McKeithen said. “We have such an array of blame to pass. My blame is that these people coming to Panama City Beach think this is acceptable.”
Days ago, officers laid out a spread of guns and drugs recovered during Spring Break. One side of the table was covered with drugs, running the gamut from marijuana to MDMA — otherwise known as “Molly” — to cocaine and heroin. The other side held 49 handguns, an amount that increased from nine last year.
However, the report of the “gang rape” video and the arrests Friday were a tipping point for law enforcement, McKeithen said. He touted laws during Spring Break banning drinking on the beach and parking lots, early “last call” times at local bars and clubs not being able to allow non-military people under 21 to enter. And, despite pushback from local businesses claiming the laws were and will be detrimental to business, McKeithen said he will continue to fight for stricter Spring Break regulations in the coming year.
“This draws the line in the sand for us,” McKeithen said.
“It is not safe for our children on the beach. … If you condone this behavior, you should be in jail, as far as I’m concerned.”

Doesn't show the actual assault but you can clearly see the people surrounding the incident. Note it's a mixed crowd of black males and females and they appear to be forming a perimeter around the rape, I didn't see any whites in the group though you can see them in the background. I can't help but wonder if it's an automatic thing blacks do when the black boys are up to something - all blacks just kind of automatically surround to cover up what's going on. I can't find any mention of the race of the victim but when I saw black women in the crowd watching it verified in my mind it's a white girl. If it were a black woman I doubt so many black women would have stayed silent, they would have stepped up to keep the sista from getting gangbanged but a white girl...well that's different. Plus, all those women clearly stayed silent afterward, after all they wouldn't want to ruin those black boys lives and the shining futures ahead of them over some white bitch.
Also of note, the first media mention I found online had a nice generic spring break photo of white college students, never mind the perps were black men, the victim likely white and the watchers surrounding and covering up the rape were all black. I saw that first article too. They used a generic file photo of white kids on a beach somewhere, and any mention of race was censured from the text.
If the woman was black with white guys doing it (which would basically never happen), EVERY race hustler and every media outlet would be going absolutely crazy and wherever there is any areas with high black population numbers.... The country would be on FIRE and any legitimate store destroyed and looted. It is a good question as to whether our "President" thinks this poor girl could be his daughter?

Also this just happens to be one incident against multiple diff incidents where someone had gotten raped and it happened to be two black men that wrre caught. White men are caught all the time doing things like this in this situation there wasn't.

That is such a ludicrous lie that your demand that whites “do the research” is something that you need to follow.
The black rate of rape is astronomically higher than the white rate, and black-on-white rape of women (leaving out prison rape of white men) runs as high as 100 per day, while white-on-black rape is virtually non-existent.
I haven’t checked the BJS numbers lately, because about two years ago the Obama/Holder DOJ so deliberately scrambled the rape stats as to make them worthless.
