N.S.: I saw this video, and it's irrelevant to your point. In any event, it is highly unlikely that the President's conviction will be overturned.
The people now insisting that it will be overturned were insisting, a few months ago, that he would be acquitted or have a hung jury. And back in 2009, many of them were counting the days until the John Doe calling himself "Barack Obama" would be leaving office in 2013.
