Hey! I thought Texas did away with this some time ago now.
Stopped categorizing Spanish surnamed mestizo persons as WHITE.
Supposedly now referred to as Hispanic or some such.
Sure, pad the whitey offender numbers for statistical record keeping purposes. Make whitey look worse than he is.
These mug shots merely archived material? I am not sure.
