"Montgomery county's friends of the library (folmc) seems to think $50-$75 in additional tabling fees are 'unaffordable' for 'bipoc' vendors at its upcoming 'mocomcon' convention in germantown, MD. first brought to our attention by this piece at the Washington times entitled 'White vendors pay more: moco libraries use race-based pricing for comic book convention,' the www.cleanslatemoco.com

"potomac, Maryland is located within montgomery county. ditto Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Kensington. all 4 of these enclaves are extremely affluent with potomac being the most affluent.

Question:How can these cities constantly mentioned here on NSU,that are going "black and brown"(it seems like many of them)yet, the black population stays at 13 percent?

Seems impossible. Is the census lying to us about the demographics of the country?Where are the Whites going if the 13 number is true?

Would it surprise you to learn that contemporary comic-book "fandom" is virulently leftist, just like (as I've noted before) the "community" of film buffs? And the thought of a "Black Rock Center for the Arts" is really chilling. -RM
