N.S.: The judge wanted this to happen, and so it did.
The story says that laws "allowing" judges to remand defendants charged with violent or sex crimes without bail or bond passed in the state senate but "stalled" in the state house last year, but the alleged reporter who wrote it did not say the laws would have mandated that judges remand such defendants without bail or bond, just that they "could." The "reporter" also declined to say that the nameless judge in question was forbidden from remanding the killer-in-waiting, Martin Rodriguez, 20, a convicted felon and transient who had instantly been charged with illegal possession of a weapon. In other words, the judge almost certainly had the option of remanding Rodriguez.
The judge had to know that Rodriguez would have seen a release without bail or bond ("personal recognizance bond") as an invitation to continue his lifelong crime spree. (A "pr" must be one of those things that the pc cooked up to mislead the public. If the defendant does not have to put up a single penny, then it's not a bond. A bond is when you have skin in the game.)
Note that there was no talk about or presence of the vic's mother, or any family of her killer, and the alleged reporter said nothing about Rodriquez' citizenship status.

There's a lack of judging people(spics and nigs) nowadays,due to racial pressure from EVERYWHERE. Young White females are not thinking correctly these days when it comes to "dating".
First off,this thug should have been serving 10 years for his previous drug and weapons crimes.
Second,parents don't explain the "new facts of life" to their kids--who it's smart to hang out with(their own race)and who it isn't(blacks,Mex and Muslims)--or be judged by the kid that they're racist.
Even if the parents are not woke,trying to fight the "woke system" is extremely difficult--and kids will rebel no matter what--based on the anti-White propaganda constantly dished out at school and media
But this whole area of mixing minorities and Whites will not end well for many Whites girls,since most minorities are lowlifes.
