I don't think they are either, but that doesn't mean there aren't operatives planted among them.
This article cites Adam Isaacson, the director for defense oversight at the Washington Office on Latin America, a group that advocates for human rights in the America who affirms that most of those would almost certainly be young men but there's no evidence they are Chinese military.
How do they determine that anyways? I doubt that 40 questions would figure it out, now that their down to 4, it's even more worthless.
Read through the article, all it does is downplay and try to mitigate the invasion, sounds like Politifact is just a globalist front pushing the mass migration agenda. Maybe it should called Politifiction.
