Supreme Court to Consider 2020 Election Challenge Lawsuits in February Conference
N.S.: I wouldn't expect anything out of the Supremes. They'll probably go all fig leaf, with a statement like this: 'The Court has observed with increasing concern the proliferation of conspiracy theories regarding the late presidential election. In response, we reaffirm that the federal lawsuits seeking to overturn the election were baseless, and hope thereby to finally put the matter to rest.'
My hope is that justices Alito and Thomas will again dissent.
