No problem--blacks just need to pay reparations to Whites. Add this two billion to the rest of the money blacks owe for decades of crime, welfare, and turning our cities into dangerous, crime-filled hellholes. However, blacks can be excused from the reparations they owe to Whites if they will relinquish their citizenship and move to Africa--permanently.
The cost is billions more than that--I posted earlier this year,in a story about reparations, that blacks(mostly)had stolen merchandise,in 2018,to a tune of 23 billion dollars. It can easily be assumed that blacks are responsible for two thirds of that total;Multiply 18 billion by 25--and we're looking at 400 billion dollars plus, the last 25 years--of blacks enriching themselves through shoplifting or theft.
Sounds like reparations to me.

LA Riots 1992 lasted three days and was 2nd most costly riot. Riots this time lasted longer but the price much more costly in the figurative sense. LA was bad enough but these riots more of a political tone.
