ATR: Not unusual to see such signs with the very same language after a hurricane along the Texas Gulf Coast.
No one says a word.
No one bats an eye.

Not like in lunatic land in the Pacific Northwest.
N.S.: I actually saw just such a sign at the entrance of a street a block over from mine, just after Hurricane Sandy hit us, on October 29, 2012.

Who will the cops arrest?Shooter or shootee? Depends on the race I suppose,of cops and the participants.
