Woman needs to spend some time in jail. This is a hate crime? Should be. But I am not exactly sure what "hate" is. Just as I am not sure what "racism" is any more.
They will say the woman is mentally disturbed. Diminished capacity and all that. Give her a suspended sentence or some sort.
