Right. The Supreme Court "standard' is that the cops can shoot a fleeing felon if in the opinion of the officer on the scene that felon presents a further danger to others. So this was a good shoot as they say.

More folks are asking the question: "why was this beast not killed?" Save us all a lot of trouble.
