This is devastating to know something like this can happen."

"GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Grand Rapids are searching for a suspect involved in an assault and standoff.
On Friday, police shut down the 400 block of Cedar Street NE for several hours due to a barricaded black)fugitive who was wanted for allegedly assaulting a woman on Thursday.
Several charges have been filed against Brian Scott Heard, 26, including unlawful.imprisonment, assault and interfering with 911 communications.Police say around 1 p.m. officers spotted Heard in the 400 block of Cedar Street NE in a vehicle. He then got out of the car and is believed to have ran to nearby relative’s home.
Officers surrounded the house and tried to get Heard to exit.
Once a search warrant was signed, police went into the house but no one was inside.
Heard’s whereabouts are unknown at this time. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous."
Thats one.Another one had a black teenager doing a driveby shooting at THREE PM on Leonard and Emerald (not a horrible area like some),which a 4 year old Egyptian girl was hit while walking with her brother and mother.Police said,"it appeared the 17 year old brother was the target".An arrest of the black perpetrator was accomplished quickly.
Late Thursday,8 gunshots rang out farther down Leonard and one person was injured.Police staying tightlipped about this one as they are about the black fugitive,Heard.No information on who Heard assaulted or her race (probably a SWF-Stupid White Female.Stupid,if they associate with a black of course).
