The mind of a cop: politician who was a veteran cop, instead of bringing the public, cops, and emts together over the black supremacist war crime in Burnsville, just insults the public

Jeff Witte, of lakeville, who served in the Burnsville police department for 27 years. ‘they do it willingly to protect and serve our communities, knowing that they may have to give up their life for a partner or the community. and if you’re not in the profession, you can’t understand: the goal is to go home to their families.’”

I have a stupid, little paperback, called The Mind of a Cop, which contains essays espousing the same idiotic, special pleading mentality. I definitely do not recommend it.

If people “can’t imagine” what it’s like to be a cop, then they also can’t empathize with one.
