Somali notorious for their piracy vicinity the Horn of Africa. Just about the most dangerous group of people on the planet. Maybe that most dangerous group. "That tumultuous people" the famous Victorian explorer Richard F. Burton deemed them.
Nothing but a bunch of big time troublemakers everywhere.
