About three years ago, I started noticing powerful females on TV like Hillary Clinton and New York morning TV lady Erika Hill, CNN's Carol Costello, et al. wearing ugly, black, horn-rimmed glasses. This was clearly a feminist thing, and my experience in New York City has been that such fashion statements of orthodox uglification are driven by lesbians and their sympathizers.
