Over a thousand people have been shot in Chicago since the beginning of the year. I live in Chicago's down town area. I have had conversations with the black doormen in my condo building regarding crime.They are often afraid to return to the south side after their shift. Some have been robbed, beaten. Most of the crime in Chicago is confined to black neighborhoods, but the groids are branching out to the better areas.
