1. He was back on American soil, which was a felony;
2. The person responsible for certifying the home failed to due diligence, possibly because her agency refused to screen for illegal alien criminals;
3. The official “caregiver” didn’t care at all about the children in her care, and may have been an accomplice; and
4. What was a 12-year-old doing in “daycare”?
When “experts” assert that “undocumented immigrants” have lower crime rates [corrected] than Americans, they’re lying like Persian rugs. The alleged experts simply discount most of illegal aliens’ crimes.

I already sent this but when I spotted this article thought I'd send it again. It's local to NY and raises some of the same question this story does:
I'm currently in New York on vacation visiting a relative so I've been watching the local news. I caught a news bit about a black man in Hampton, NY arrested for abusing several underage girls. I forgot his name so typed in some keywords in google and, as often happens I couldn't find the particular story I saw on TV. However, wouldn't you know it, I stumbled into this story: http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2017/03/23/hempstead-child-sex-assault-stabbing-suspect-arrest/
This POS, Tommy Vladim Alvarado-Ventura, stabs two women, including his girlfriend, and sexually assaults her 2 yr. old daughter. He's been deported 4 times. This looks like a poster child for Trump's immigrant rhetoric (among many), except now that the election is over he seems to be leaning toward pacifying the pro immigrant party.
"When “experts” assert that “undocumented immigrants” have lower crime rights than Americans, they’re lying like Persian rugs. The alleged experts simply discount most of illegal aliens’ crimes." - the sleight of hand here is that they are comparing 1st generation immigrants with their children. Since 2nd generation immigrants are born here, their immigration status obviously isn't responsible for their skyhigh and rising crime rates. checkmate bigot.
