Or why do the students in Iceland or Finland do so well as compared to American students? We all the answer to that too, don't we!!!
All gangs in any of the Spanish speaking countries are ultra-violent. By any measure. Hell, any of the Spanish speaking gangs in America are ultra-violent. That is the basic nature of the people.
