Could You End Up in Prison for Felonious Use of Pronouns? This is Not a Joke!

By Jesse Mossman

“A new California law, SB 219, signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown, says you can be thrown into prison for 12 months for failing to use the correct transgender pronoun. That is, for refusing to use words that never existed before – newly created pronouns like co, en, ey, xie and yo, which correspond to dozens of new genders that also never existed before in human history, like genderqueer, pangender, hijra and genderfluid.”

I always thought “yo” was just a black form of address—for example, when a black needs to get the attention of the waitress, he yells, “Yo, Bitch!”

I seem to recall something about a “piece of paper” called the Constitution and that in there is something sometimes referred to as “freedom of speech.” But I guess California no longer regards itself as part of the United States, and so doesn't think it has to follow the Constitution.

I never heard of these “pronouns” (although I have a degree in English), nor have I heard of these genders. Rather than study up on how to use these “correctly,” it is simpler to use the one word which covers them all: PERVERT.

At WND.

By the way, I don't see anything in the article which actually tells how to defeat these chowder heads—I don't think they can be reached.

N.S.: Note that the same governor who seeks to imprison people for constitutionally protected speech, commits all matter of federal felonies every day, on behalf of illegal alien criminals, and releases tens of thousands of felons, many of them extremely violent, every year from California’s state prisons and jails.

So much for "No more shootings..."
GREAT MILLS, Md. (AP) — A shooting at a Maryland high school caused injuries Tuesday morning, and the campus was on lockdown as deputies and federal agents converged on the crime scene.

St. Mary’s Couty Sheriff spokeswoman Cpl. Julie Yingling says there have been injuries, but she didn’t know how many or the severity. She said she had “no information” about potential fatalities.

The St. Mary’s County Public Schools said situation was “contained” after the shooting at Great Mills High School, which has about 1,600 students and is near the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, about 65 miles (104 kilometers) southeast of Washington.

The county sheriff said deputies are on the scene, and told parents or guardians to stay away, urging them to go instead to Leonardtown High School to reunite with Great Mills students there. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives tweeted that its agents are going to the scene.

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and Rep. Steny Hoyer tweeted that they’re monitoring reports and urged people to follow the instructions of local law enforcement at the scene.

This is a developing story.

UPDATE A student pulled a gun out and shot two other students at a high school in southeast Maryland Tuesday morning before the shooter was wounded, the St. Mary’s County sheriff said.

The gunman entered Great Mills High School in Great Mills, Maryland, at the beginning of the school day and shot a female student in a hallway, Sheriff Tim Cameron said live on News4. A male student also was hit by a bullet.

Information was not available immediately on the relationship between the students, Cameron said.

The shooter exchanged fire with a school resource officer, trained, armed deputy sheriff, Cameron said. The shooter was wounded; the officer was not.

All three students are in critical condition.

The school was locked down and the incident contained, according to the school's website.

Deputies were called to the school just before 8 a.m. The school is located about 60 miles southeast of Washington, D.C.

Cameron told News4 that his department prepares for this type of event, but he noted that despite the quick response of the school resource officer, or SRO, two students were still shot.

"You train to respond to this and you hope that you never ever have to," he said. "This is the realization of your worst nightmare — that, in a school, that our children could be attacked. And so as quickly … as that SRO responded and engaged, there’s grievous injuries to two students."

He added, "Now begins the second phase of this operation, and that’s the background and the investigation and the attempt for the school to return to normal."

A Twitter post from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office asked parents not to report to the school. They are asked to go to a high school in nearby Leonardtown to reunite with their children.

Agents of the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were traveling to the school to assist with the investigation.

You do think it is a joke. But it is not. Something just not right but only a joke, sure. That is what most will think.

There is actually a legit case for a third gender. Hermaphroditism, while extremely rare, does exist in humans and does have a biological basis in fact. It can be argues it is a birth defect but even if true, people with the condition did not make the choice to be that way and must live with it. I wouldn't have a problem with recognizing them as something different than specifically male or female because they have the actual presence of both male and female (natural, not artificially created by man) genitalia to prove it. However, the vast majority of these so called "different genders" are not hermaphrodites and there is no biological basis for them to claim to be anything other than male or female.

They have a lot of fun passing unenforceable laws. I am in my late 60’s and deeply dislike strangers calling me by my first name, especially in a professional setting. If I can’t get a receptionist to call me “Mrs. LBD” despite several requests and corrections, how in blazes can these anomalous creatures get people to use made up words at their command?
