Fort Worth police arrest driver with intimidating haircut

FORT WORTH — A man arrested on suspicion of drunk driving has a scream-worthy haircut.
Norberto Barron-Melendez's booking photograph showed off a monster design shaved into his head. Two hands "grasped" the sides of Barron-Melendez's head. What appears to be the creature's face stared out from the man's forehead.
Fort Worth police arrested Barron-Melendez early Sunday morning for drunk driving after he was seen driving the wrong way at the intersection of Main Street and Long Avenue.

I spotted this one a week ago but couldn't find a picture of the perp. I thought something would eventually surface but nothing did, at least on any of the mainstream news sources, finally, on a community blogsite someone posted a picture of the guy. The URL is below and it's not a regular news page. I have no idea how they found his picture.
Of course we know when the media avoids posting pictures of perps they are usually non white and when I finally found a picture of the guy it was verified he was not, it looks to me like he could even be Afro latino, which further explains why the media might be playing coy with showing his face.
Check out the headlines. The media is being particularly disingenuous with this guy. Is he a serial killer? A spree shooter? Did he target any whites? The two victims shown in pictures appeared to be latino also but if there were white victims there pictures were not shown.
Type in his name in Google and just try to find a photo of this guy, it's almost impossible. Something could pop up but I noticed all the mentions of this are 5 or 6 days old, nothing has been updated, doesn't look like the media is going to have much in the way of followup stories, common for non white mass shooters. While there are quite a few news sources mentioning this story it's clear it's not being given the blanket front page coverage a white spree shooter/serial killer normally would (unless they are black shooters the media can pass off as gang shooters).
Yet another non white spree shooter (or serial killer), lamestream media couldn't give this guy too much coverage, it could spoil the illusion it's created that mass shooters/SK's are all white men. Oh, yeah, he killed some dogs also, you'd think the animal rights people would be up in arms. Jerry from PDX
