Just as students were getting home from school on Thursday afternoon, around 2:50 p.m., police began a homicide investigation outside the Southview Apartments in Oxon Hill. Neighbors heard about three gunshots in the 1400 block of Southview Drive, then the

N.S.: As Prince George’s County Ex-Pat has previously observed, PGC today is one of the richest counties in America, due to high-paying federal bureaucrat jobs held by local blacks. And yet, it is extremely violent. When PGCEP grew up there, PGC was much less affluent, and yet violent crime was almost non-existent, and crimes like this one did not happen.
