Gang assault in Portland, as many as 8 "teens" assault one man because he didn't have a cigarette to give them. Only two pictures of perps are showns, victim has not been shown by media, perps are one latino and one black. I don't know the race of the other attackers, many appear to have been underage so media won't show any of their pictures. I know this area, it used to be a nice neighborhood but section 8 housing has brought an influx of black and latinos who commit these kind of gang assault regularly (well, mostly blacks do it). So we can deduce the likely race of the attackers. If we get more details I'll send. Jerry
