In 1995, Bill Clinton Got a Standing Ovation from Both Parties, for Saying the Same Thing for Which They Now Vilify Donald Trump as a “Racist” (83-Second Video)

Bill Clinton: “All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected, but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants, the public services they use impose burdens on our taxpayers. That’s why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more, by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens. In the budget I will present to you, we will try to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens who are arrested for crimes, to better identify illegal aliens in the workplace, as recommended by the commission headed by former Congresswoman Barbara Jordan.

“We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws. It is wrong and, ultimately, self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years, and we must do more to stop it.

I got a link to NumbersUSA’s Facebook page from Paul Nachman at VDARE, but I couldn’t get wrest the embed code from the page, so I went to Youtube instead.

I heartily recommend Paul’s essay at VDARE:

“Bill Clinton Used to Call Illegal Aliens [Gasp!] ‘Illegal Aliens.’ Plus He Sounded a Lot Like Trump.”

I've been looking for a way to be optimistic, following the FBI handwashing. Here's the best I can come up with.
Right before Brexit, polls wavered but seemed to never get in the pro Brexit column--however the numbers were getting closer. Two days before the vote--a female politician(who was against leaving) was assassinated.
This caused the consensus opinion to believe a sympathy vote would carry the NO side to victory. In fact,it had no impact. The polls also failed to show the disdain for the establishment's heavyhanded propaganda and the feeling by the citizens, that this was a way to have your voice be heard.
Now,coincidentally,2 days before our election--we get another shot(across the bow),with the Comey absolution.True, the investigation is reportedly not closed, but for this timeframe,it is.
So does Trump fool everyone with a similar Brexit reversal? As I said,on another text,Brexit was a battle between old and young. The older voters won.The US election contains some of THAT aspect, but also a tremendous racial battle--in certain states.Hispanics in Florida, blacks in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
And that is tough to beat.If Trump can take Florida and North Carolina or Pennsylvania and North Carolina,he has a chance. If not--it's President HRC.I wish him luck.

There is the whole thing in the proverbial nutshell. NOT so much anti-immigration but anti-illegal immigration.

Just obey the laws as written. Legal, peaceful, orderly.

Anything but that now.
