They DO NOT have "black Santa Claus" in custody, he's on his way to other cities and towns to deliver more bullets. As with Kolchak,the Night Stalker, police do not fathom the supernatural aspect and have arrested the wrong person. This is "black Santa" making his yearly "rounds," so to speak.
