(ZH) Hours after the New York City’s [sic] Board of Elections released an updated ranked voting tally for the Democratic Primary which showed frontrunner Eric Adams’ lead shrinking considerably, BOE officials acknowledged a “discrepancy” in the ballot count.
At issue: on the day of the primary, the BOE reported just under 800,000 votes with 96.6% of scanners reporting. On Tuesday, however, the tally was 941,832 votes - nearly 20% higher, according to PIX11.
The new figures narrows [sic] Adams’ lead over former sanitation commissioner Kathryn Garcia to just 51.9% (368,898) to 48.9% (352,990) - while there are still 100,000 absentee ballots which need to be processed, and could tip Garcia over the top.
In response, Adams’ campaign fired off a statement questioning the count, and demanding an explanation for the “irregularities.”

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — President Joe Biden recently announced a plan to reduce gun violence and other crimes nationwide, but leaders in the black community think it could do more harm than good.
“This is an ongoing problem that is occurring not only in Grand Rapids, but in cities all across the country [N.S.: Irrelevant.],” said Carlton T. Mayers II, the policing reform advisor for the Grand Rapids NAACP. “It encourages over-policing of black and brown communities, which ultimately results in the unnecessary harms and deaths of black and brown people.”
[N.S.: Considering that blacks have been taking advantage of de-policing not only in Grand Rapids, but in cities all across the country, Mayers is clearly opposed to any policing of black “communities.”]
Biden’s plan is suggesting cities use some of their COVID-19 relief funding to get the job done.
Mayers says the community should be involved in the decision before money is allocated.

“We are very much so not in support of just arbitrarily giving money to law enforcement and not to community resources to deal with gun violence and violent crimes. They can use the money not only to hire more police officers, but also to use and purchase technology and other equipment. We’re very concerned about that,” said Mayers.

Last year, leaders with the city of Grand Rapids debated using ShotSpotter technology in high crime neighborhoods. This would use microphones to detect gunshots in certain areas. The plan hasn’t been approved, but Gayle Harvey, the NAACP’s executive officer of external relations, worries this would target black and brown communities before crimes even take place.
“How is that going to help, how is it going to continue to protect black and brown people in those communities that it services because to the high end, those are the communities that it will be in,” said Harvey.

These two say getting the community together would be a better plan to brainstorm solutions moving forward.

The “solutions” have been known for generations, and in some aspects, millennia. In no particular order: 1. Seize illegal guns off the street, through stop and frisk; 2. Permit law-abiding citizens to exercise their Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms; and 3. Raise your children to obey the law, and respect other persons’ rights.]
“That is going to at least put in place a way that community members would have a say on how this technology is used, so that way it’s not used in a discriminatory fashion,” said Mayers.

During the late 1990s, Adams demanded that Police Commissioner Howard Safir put his secret, racist society (100 Blacks) in charge of NYPD recruiting, and changing police training. Safir refused (Kolker, idem, Part II).
During the same period, Adams sought unsuccessfully to extort favors out of the NYPD brass to give promotions to his black supremacist gang buddies.
On January 24, 2004, when white NYPD Officer Richard Neri, doing stairwell and roof patrol duty in Brooklyn’s Louis Armstrong Houses housing project was surprised by young black man Timothy Stansbury Jr., 19, suddenly illegally coming through the roof door, Officer Neri shot Stansbury dead. Although the cop had followed Department guidelines to the letter, Adams publicly condemned him, saying he had no business being a policeman, and thereby sought to incite hatred and violence against the man, based solely on the color of his skin (dismissal-worthy).
In 2004, Adams again acted as “bodyguard,” this time to corrupt, racist, city jurist, Justice Laura Blackburne, standing near her in the front of her courtroom. Blackburne was in no need of bodyguards (she already had armed court officers). However, Adams’ very public status as the head of the city’s largest, and most notorious racist, black counter-police gang made his presence intimidating against any law enforcement officer who might want to do his duty in the courtroom.
In 1990, the city’s first black mayor, socialist David N. Dinkins, named Blackburne the head of the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Blackburne promptly wasted almost $350,000 of taxpayer money on unnecessary renovations for her personal office, including in what became the centerpiece of the story, a $3,000 pink leather couch.
Mayor Dinkins fired Blackburne. (Imagine that? It sounds as if 1990 was a Golden Age of public rectitude in New York.)
In 2002, Blackburne fabulated a pretext to drop charges against a defendant charged with shooting a detective in 1999, ruling that he had been denied a speedy trial. “Police at the time accused her of being biased because she knew the shooter’s mother.
“Blackburne’s ruling was eventually overturned.”
And then on June 10, 2004, when Justice Blackburne learned that a detective was waiting to arrest a defendant in her courtroom (she presided that day in “drug court”) for robbery and assault, she committed the crime of obstruction of justice, through smuggling the criminal out of the courthouse, via a private, backdoor exit reserved for judges and court staff, in order to help the suspect thwart justice.
On June 13, 2006, the state’s highest court, the New York State Court of Appeals, found Justice Blackburne’s misconduct so egregious, that it removed her from the bench for misconduct.
“Petitioner’s conduct was unprecedented. We know of no instance in which a judge has facilitated the escape of an accused violent felon….
“In impeding the legitimate operation of law enforcement by helping a wanted robbery suspect to avoid arrest, petitioner placed herself above the law she was sworn to administer, thereby bringing the judiciary into disrepute and undermining public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of her court…. By interposing herself between the defendant and the detective, petitioner abandoned her role as neutral arbiter, and instead became an adversary of the police. This is completely incompatible with the proper role of an impartial judge.”

As with Laura Blackburne, aiding and abetting black criminals, in order to keep them out of jail, is what Eric Adams stands for. He calls helping black criminals, “police reform.”
Instead of being fired and prosecuted for his serial misconduct, Adams went onward and upward, from officer to sergeant to lieutenant to captain, an ascent which was greatly aided by slavish media coverage.
Every time Adams spoke in public, as the head of first the racially segregated, illegal, black supremacist counter-policeman gang, The Guardians, and then as founder and president of the racially segregated, illegal black counter-policeman gang, 100 Black Men in Law Enforcement Who Care, the media gave him slavish coverage. (All media references to the latter group cite it, even recalling its founding, as “100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care.” That was not its original name; Adams changed it a few years after founding it. Media references in recent years either plagiarized Adams’ official bio, or changed his organization’s name, in order to cover for him.)
Finally, in 2006, the “job” decided that Adams had gone too far. The official department story was that Adams was fired for misconduct, for publicly announcing at which subway stations police were searching bags for concealed weapons. Adams’ response amounted to, “You can’t fire me, I quit!” He then immediately ran for the New York State Senate, and won.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) added a warning about the risk of developing heart inflammation to information about the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines.
FDA to add heart risk warning to mRNA vaccines
The FDA announced earlier this month that it would add the warning after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had reported that more cases of heart inflammation—either myocarditis or pericarditis—were found in young adults and children after they received the vaccines, which use mRNA technology.
On June 25, the agency said that it would add revisions to its patient and provider fact sheets about the “increased risks of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart) following vaccination” using the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 shots. The Pfizer or Moderna vaccines use mRNA technology and require two doses, whereas the vaccine made by Johnson & Johnson uses an adenovirus and requires a single dose.
Still, health officials have said that the risks of developing heart inflammation are outweighed by the vaccine’s benefits.
“The risk of myocarditis and pericarditis appears to be very low given the number of vaccine doses that have been administered,” Janet Woodcock, the acting FDA commissioner, said in a statement last week. “The benefits of COVID-19 vaccination continue to outweigh the risks, given the risk of COVID-19 diseases and related, potentially severe, complications.”
The warning issued by the FDA says that there may be increased risks “particularly following the second dose and with [the] onset of symptoms within a few days after vaccination.”

I don’t know how much I care about neurotic basket case muzzshark (new word?) Brittney Spears, but when I read about her boyfriend, Sam Asghari ,it underscored an issue I’ve pointed out many times. He immigrated to the US when he was a youngster, while his mother and three sisters stayed behind in Iran. Come again? The boy gets to escape to paradise, while the females in his family stay in the clutches of Islam?
When I hear something like this, I think of some of the muslim men I’ve met in the U.S. I’ve personally known several that told me similar stories of coming to the U.S., while their sisters stayed behind, either that or their sisters getting sent back to the old country before adolescence for reasons they don’t want to say directly. I asked a couple of guys about it, and they just kind of mumbled some vague gibberish.
What they don’t want to say is that muslim families often send girls back to the Middle East to get them safely married off to older muslim men, before they get old enough to object. Middle Eastern men are virulently hostile to Western men marrying “their” women, but feel they have a divine right granted by llah to have sex with as many White, Western women as possible.
I’ve argued with migrant zealots many times, and they invariably tell me that all migrants are escaping conflicts or persecution of some kind, but that begs the question as to why a guy like this Asghari dude gets to live the life of Riley in the U.S., while his sisters are stuck in that “conflict,” zone being persecuted. Truth is, there is no “persecution” or “conflict,” unless underaged girls forced into marriage with older men and doomed to lives of cranking out babies in the name of llah is considered “persecution.”

Jerry PDX: One has to wonder, just how infested is Greece with Muzzie scum that this woman can’t turn around without running into a raping follower of islam? I did a little research and discovered that the population of Greece is just over 11,000,000 people, the same population as Sweden. There are roughly two million foreigners, mostly moslem foreigners living in Greece, which means almost 2/10ths of the population is now foreign.
There is a graph showing the variety of foreigners living in Greece and it shows there is a cross section of nationalities, even many from neighboring European countries like Albania or Romania. However, the wiki entry was dated 2011 and there does not seem to be data for later than that. Why is wiki so out of date? Do they not want more current population information to be out there? How much has immigration expanded since 2011?

Population “stabilized,” due to immigration? But aren’t birth rates in Europe plunging continent wide? So, if most migrants are coming from Hungary, Albania etc... then the populations of those countries would be dropping from out-migration and the regional native population of Europe would still be going down.

The wiki graphs showed 18,000 migrants from Pakistan and around 30,000 from other Middle Eastern countries but I don’t believe those numbers tell the whole story. I’ve read about how Middle Eastern and migrant immigrants will illegally enter various European countries, then get shuttled to other European countries. I wouldn’t be the slightest bit surprised, if Muslims and Africans are getting counted as being from, let’s say, Hungary, because they “came” from Hungary, even though they are not Hungarian but originally from Asia or Africa. And also, are those numbers also from 2011 and haven’t been updated for nearly ten years? It wasn’t clear.
Is this wiki entry designed to downplay the impact of mass migration from the Third World? I just don’t know but since all the data we see online passes through the filter of woke ideologues, it’s all suspect.

Like It or Not, Golden Dawn Fighting Genocide in Greece

Some murder victims are more equal than others. In a worrying precedent for Americans, the Greek government is persecuting the anti-immigration Golden Dawn party, while tolerating its violent enemies. Under the guise of exterminating “Nazism,” the government is exterminating the Greek people—just as the larger European Union officially pursues what can only be called the genocide of the historic European population. But there are signs it’s not working.
Last year, we were told by the Main Stream Media that the Greek Golden Dawn Party was running wild, beating immigrants, and receiving the assistance of the police. [“Rise of neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party leads to spate of immigrant attacks in Greece,” by Alex Spillius, Daily Telegraph, 26 July 2012.] But Golden Dawn became Greece’s third-strongest party, with 18 MPs in the 300-strong Greek parliament after the June 2012 Election. [“Greek Golden Dawn member arrested over murder of leftwing hip-hop artist,” by Helena Smith, theguardian.com, September 18, 2013.] Reaction was not long in coming.
Last year, triple jumper Voula Papachristou was kicked off the Greek Olympic team as retaliation for poking fun at African immigrants and making statements supporting Golden Dawn. This past September, 34 year old “anti-fascist rapper” Pavlos Fissas, also known as “Killah P,” was killed—an ironic fate for an “artist” who routinely fantasized about murdering his political opponents. Golden Dawn supporter—not member—Giorgos Roupakias, 45, reportedly confessed to the crime.
In a totalitarian crackdown, the Greek government declared the entire Golden Dawn party a criminal organization, and arrested over two dozen of its leaders and members, including party leader Nikolaos Michaloliakos. Michaloliakos remains in jail until his trial.
The U.S. equivalent would be arresting the entire Democratic Party leadership because a Democratic “supporter” murdered a Republican.

Contrast this with the official reaction when, on November 1, Golden Dawn members Emmanuel Kapelonis, 22, and Giorgos Foundoulis, 27, were murdered in a drive-by shooting in an Athens suburb. The communist group “Militant People's Revolutionary Forces” took credit for the double murder, bragging that it was in retaliation for the Fyssas murder. But there have been no arrests.
While U.S. MSM has constantly cited Fyssas by name, all appear to have refused to name the Golden Dawn murder victims. I had to find their names via an Australian outlet. [“Greek group claims Golden Dawn killings,” , SBS, 17 Nov 2013.] Note that, while the U.S. MSM routinely refers to Golden Dawn as “neo-Nazi,” it never seems to refer to its enemies as “communists.” [“Two Members of Greek Neo-Nazi Party Killed in Drive-by Shooting,” Voice of America, November 1, 2013.]
But in response, the party’s poll numbers received a shot in the arm, back up to 8.8 percent. [“Greece's far-right Golden Dawn party gains support after members killed,” Reuters/Haaretz, November 16, 2013.] Not surprisingly, this is leading to more MSM kvetching about “fascism.”
While conservative historians like Paul Gottfried will carefully describe the differences between “fascists,” “Nazis,” or different varieties of “conservatives,” Communists regard them as all the same and have been calling them names for 80 years.
Today’s Reds have a richer vocabulary: “racist,” “white nationalist,” “white supremacist,” “xenophobe,” “homophobe,” etc. However, they all mean the same thing.
To communists, there are only two sorts of people on the planet: communists and “fascists.” And every “fascist” is a genocidal racist, who seeks to bring about another Holocaust.
This context has to be kept in mind when reading about Golden Dawn. I have not seen any citation of genocidal Golden Dawn literature or statements, private or public, even by its enemies.
Moreover, Greece has an extremely violent recent political history. The grandfathers of today’s activists were killing each other in a civil war less than seven decades ago: Some 158,000 people reportedly died.
However, one thing I do not doubt about the party: It does seek to run all aliens out of the country.
Let’s not beat around the bush. Golden Dawn are a brutal lot. But it is a party in a revolutionary situation, confronted with mass non-white, Third World immigration into the West.
In Greece, an incredible two million immigrants, most of them recently-arrived, illegal, non-white and Muslim, are leeching off and dispossessing the mere 10.8 million white, 98 percent Orthodox Christian, Greeks. [The CIA World Factbook, last checked on November 22, 2013.]
Greece is one of the main entry points for illegal immigration from Africa and Asia, most of it from across the Turkish frontier. Back in 2010, up to 350 immigrants were crossing the border every day, accounting for about 90 per cent of all illegal immigrants coming into Europe. Some Greek businessmen support the invaders, based on the usual short-sighted Slave Power-type greed. But the most powerful force behind the invasion is the European Union. The EU is actively pushing policies that will result ingenocide against all indigenous, European peoples.
The Free Dictionary defines “genocide” as

It can proceed, as it is already does in the Anglosphere and Europe, by non-violent coercion. Whites are pauperized through confiscatory taxation so they cannot afford to have children of their own, while they involuntarily pay for the invaders’ children and relentless anti-white propaganda.
However, as whites’ numbers decline, the process will end in outright violence, as is occurring in South Africa right now.
Golden Dawn is simply resisting this genocidal process, and filling a political vacuum.
Two Greek academic “experts,” Daphne Halikiopoulou and Sofia Vasilopoulou, have written that Golden Dawn arose because of the failure of the rule of law and rising unemployment.
That’s true, but not in the way the authors meant. If the Greek government had upheld the rule of law and deported illegals, Golden Dawn would not have been necessary.
The academics also refused to consider that Golden Dawn has a legitimate grievance. Instead, they justify government repression and hypocritically support “anti-racist and anti-fascist civil society organizations and activities.”
Needless to say, these “civil society organizations” don’t serve as a buffer between citizens and government, but are simply leftist attack dogs against patriotic Greeks [“The rise of the Golden Dawn and extremism in Greece can be seen as part of a broader phenomenon of a culture of intolerance, which is maintained and perpetuated through the Greek education system,” by Daphne Halikiopoulou and Sofia Vasilopoulou, London School of Economics Blog, January 29, 2013.]
Greece matters because this same pattern is playing out across the Western world. In 2010, German Social Democrat economist Thilo Sarrazin wrote the runaway bestseller Germany Abolishes Itself. Sarrazin showed that non-white (predominantly Turkish) immigration was systematically destroying Germany. In response, every tenured Marxist hack from Jürgen Habermas on down set in motion a defamation campaign, alleging Sarrazin was a Nazi.
Peter Brimelow coined the phrase “Hitler’s revenge”in his 1995 book, Alien Nation, to describe how Western nations, repulsed by Nazism, have reacted by abolishing their own identities, so in the end, Hitler is actually achieving his goal of destroying his enemies.
When government refuses to perform its core functions such as protecting the borders and enforcing the laws, the nation has a choice. Citizens can either step in to do the job, or the nation will perish.
Golden Dawn is resisting Hitler’s revenge. It’s resisting the extermination of the Greek people.
And if they want to survive, other Western nations will, one way or another, have to make the same choice – no matter what names they are called.

Alan J. Levine, historian and specialist on World War II and the Cold War, in 2018 published After Sputnik: America, the World, and Cold War Conflicts.
When the Soviet Union launched Sputnik I on October 4, 1957, it was a shattering blow to American national morale and confidence in the superiority of the American system. There was a real fear the Soviet Union would pass the United States in technology and power.
In a continuation from Levine’s book on the 1950s, Bad Old Days, Levine shows that the years 1958-59 were not a time of complacency, but some of the most anxious of the Cold War.
There were serious crises in the Middle East (Lebanon), Taiwan Straits (called “Quemoy and Matsu” at the time), Indonesia, Berlin, and finally, Castro’s takeover of Cuba.
Chiang Kai-Shek was a troublesome “ally,” and Berlin was always especially dangerous. President Dwight Eisenhower later said 1958 was the worst year of his life.
The two best chapters are “Eisenhower's Paradise? America in the 1950s,” and “The Enemy: Khrushchev’s USSR.”
Levine has findings contrary to the Conventional Wisdom. Eisenhower was much more of a hard-liner than sometimes pictured. His administration was aware that the problems of the “underdeveloped world were not created by the Soviets or other Communists, however much they were exploited by them.”
Eisenhower and Secretary of State John Foster Dulles were more “able and interesting than has been thought.” They dealt with a rogues’ gallery of enemies--Khrushchev, Mao, Nasser, Sukarno and Castro. Khrushchev, especially, was not the likeable uncle of later American perceptions. Remember how Stalin was called “Uncle Joe”?
Levine, unlike some so-called historians, takes the Cold War seriously: “It WAS a war, short of all-out war, but a war nevertheless, and very different from ‘peacetime.’”
Some people by 1959 were starting to get “bored” by the Cold War. Levine feels this was a key to some of the attitudes that came later.
Some of the more stupid later attitudes hadn’t taken hold. The guilt complex toward what would later be called “the Third World” “was far from universal in this period.” Some liberals resented being lectured by Asian and African “neutralists” on American racial discrimination. After all, these peoples were “notorious for caste, ethnic, and religious hostilities and brutal customs.”
The main problem for the United States was not winning the Cold War, but surviving it. Or not losing it. Eisenhower led us through eight years of crisis. They were halted short of disaster, but would recur.
Levine concluded with: “And, thanks to Castro’s victory a whole new front in the Cold War had opened up. Khrushchev’s offensive would be renewed, and converging with the unexpected triumph in Cuba, would produce the greatest crisis of the Cold War.”
