I still like the idea of international prisons,in Greenland say,where invaders from mexico who commit heinous crimes in the U.S. go to serve their sentences. The same goes for criminals from Saudi Arabia who invade Germany and commit murder. The prison would be funded from NATO money--equally--the goal being that the cost to house the invaders is split--and reduced. Better than incurring all the costs ourselves. Same with Germany,England etc.
