N.S.: Since Sebastian Zapeta-Calil had already been deported in 2018, his mere existence on American soil, constituted a felony. Therefore, his murder of his nameless vic constituted felony murder, murder while committing a second felony (his mere existence…). If they convict and sentence him for those crimes, he’ll get life until parole. However, they won’t. And yet, there is unfortunately, a very good chance that the authorities, the msm, and activists will play the crazy card for Zapeta-Calil. And unless the victim was black, a racist, rogue jury might even issue Zapeta-Calil a free murder, just to spite by then President Trump, the way a racist, rogue San Francisco jury issued Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, 45 a free murder for shooting Kate Steinle to death, which jurors said they’d done just to spite the President.

Evil, democrat jurors had done this sort of thing even before they thought their hatred for Donald Trump and all of his patriotic supporters gave them an excuse.
