So, she got a scholarship to UT Austin?
BFD.
Why not focus on all the over-qualified white, male applicants that UT Austin did not accept?
Instead, the “university” accepted a wetback.
“Regent Sara Martinez Tucker Delivers Commencement Address.”
N.S.: People have to keep in mind that her 4.5 GPA was fraudulent. She would have enjoyed massive grade inflation, based on:
1. Being female;
2. Being Hispanic; and
3. Being an illegal human being.
Meanwhile, her legal human being classmates, especially the normal, white boys, would have suffered from grade discrimination.
Postscript: Saturday, June 11, 2016: Mayte Lara Ibarra’s scholarship is illegal. In giving her a scholarship, UT officials committed the federal crime of harboring an illegal alien.

She graduated with a 4.5 GPA from Crockett High School in Austin, had more than 13 cords and medals combined and received a full ride to the University of Texas at Austin — but it's what one Texas teen closed with that has many across the nation enraged.
"...Oh and I'm undocumented," Mayte Lara tweeted on Friday before deleting her Twitter and Facebook account.

Screenshots of the tweet that read "Valedictorian, 4.5 GPA, full tuition paid for at UT, 13 cords/medals, nice legs, oh and I'm undocumented [sic]," circulated on social media before people began chastising the young girl for her "braggadocious" tweet. Two Facebook users posted to CVS Pharmacy's page to ask why an undocumented [sic] girl was allegedly employed through the drug store giant.
"Are you aware that you have an illegal alien working for you and bragging on Twitter about being undocumented!," Samantha Ray Wales wrote to CVS via Facebook. "Do you even check the immigration status of your employees? She is Austin, TX ; Mayte Lara. Google her she is all over the Internet."

Meanwhile, others gave their support to Lara.
"People are completely ignoring the fact that she graduated with all those high honors and are resulting [sic] to things like saying how 'she's not even that attractive' or saying how 'they learn different things from us' and the us being referred to American citizens," Facebook user Minh Nguyen said. "What kind of unreasonable, arrogant, scumbag thing is that for you to throw a statement like that out when it is completely outrageous."
[If that was the most articulate support for the illegal human being, imagine what the other stuff must have sounded like.]

The post received close to 30,000 retweets and likes before she deleted her Twitter account, and later her Facebook account.
