The thing is-and I d be all for it-if it was a strategy.LIE to the blacks and mexicans.Tell them you re going to decrimininalize every damn crime they commit...for their vote.Then doublecross them and say..."uhh we ve reconsidered and we re actually going to build more prisons and lengthen drug crime sentences..."lol.
