We have an illegal and a criminal as president. So what do you expect as to criminal activity?
Looking at the cities listed in the Breitbart articles, I think the increasing murder rate is a product of #BlackLivesMatter. Illegals can rightfully be blamed for a lot of social pathologies, but this phenomena is a black-on-black problem.
