Since Kirstyn Brendlen, the editor-in-chief of the brooklyn paper, knows the age of the unlicensed driver, I’m going to guess that she also knows his name, or at least the fake name he goes by in this country. According to my profile of criminal media editors and foreign criminals, that says he’s an illegal alien from south of the border.

“A moped driver died after crashing into a vehicle being driven by an unlicensed driver on Aug. 30, according to the nypd.

“police said 41-year-old Waki Knight of sunset park was riding his unregistered jiajue [gaijin] moped northbound on 3rd avenue when he lost control at the intersection of 52nd street. Knight fell off the bike and slammed into the side of a passing honda civic.

“paramedics rushed Knight, who lived just a block away from the scene of the accident, to nyu Langone hospital-brooklyn hospital, where he was pronounced dead from severe head trauma.

“meanwhile, police discovered that the 26-year-old driver of the honda Knight crashed into was unlicensed, and arrested him on charges of driving without a valid license. the incident is under investigation by the nypd highway district’s collision investigation squad.”

I learned from Thomas Tracy's daily news article on the same incident that the illegal driver went by Justin Vargas.

Note that Kirstyn Brendlen had transformed an unregistered motorcycle into an unregistered "moped."

“Waki Knight, 41, was heading north on Third Ave. near 51st St. in Sunset Park about 12:50 p.m. Wednesday when he lost control of his gaijin motorcycle, cops said.

“he toppled over and slid across the asphalt into a passing 2022 honda driven by 26-year-old Justin Vargas, cops said....

“Vargas remained at the scene, but was taken into custody after cops determined that he didn’t have a driver’s license.

“he was charged with being an unlicensed operator, cops said. his arraignment in brooklyn criminal court was pending thursday.”
