Subject: Is DEI Unconstitutional?

View in browser

The Supreme Court has ruled that affirmative action as it's currently practiced discriminates on the basis of race and therefore runs afoul of the 14th Amendment. My guest this week, political scientist Carol Swain, argues that some DEI policies implemented by private businesses do the same. I'm not so sure, though. In the following clip, we debate the issue.

"White people have rights too"--just not as many as blacks.Isn't it fantastic that blacks can debate about what we--as Whites--can or cannot do?

I could go on for pages about the Lourys of the podcastosphere. You want to ask permission for anything,Whitey--just leave it to Loury--HE'LL decide.

Should you get angry with blacks for blasting their music and keeping you awake all night on the unfortunate street you live on--leave it to Loury--HE'LL decide.

White man--are you upset that the black who robbed, raped or killed someone you know is getting out of prison early?Do you need to know if that's a proper reaction?
Leave it to Loury--HE'LL decide.

I've said a few times, blacks are attempting to put together an informal "black law" court which will oversee all these matters.Judge Whoopie,Judge Loury,Judge Oprah,DuVarney etc.all give their singular opinions.Someday,a black court will tell Whitey how to act--or else.

Should have been debated and decided upon DECADES ago.
